If you would like to be kept informed of the Orchestra’s Concert dates and other engagements, join the ‘Friends’, where you will receive PDF newsletters informing you of such events.

New Newsletters are announced approximately every three months. If you sign up, each time there is a new edition you will be notified via email. You can then choose to download the latest Newsletter as a PDF using a link provided to the SFO website. Each Newsletter is usually around 10 pages in length, with a file size of about 2.5MB.

Here are links to our back issues for the last few years, which you can download as a ‘taster’ (PDF format). As you can see, although the Newsletter comes out fairly often, the plan for a “quarterly” output does not always happen in practice.

Alternatively, for a small subscription fee to cover printing and postage you can have a paper copy delivered by post.

Postal Membership costs £5 annually (January-December).
